These tarot-sized magic item cards contain all of the items in the book, and feature icons for the biome and required crafting tools, and either feature an image or the item's lore (for items without illustrations).
They contain the most important things that a player would need to know once they have crafted the item including the effects, the crafting/repair DC, and the price. They even have a spot to indicate any quirks from a crafting attempt that didn't go quite right...
If Phaylen's Notes provide a shopping list for the players to track their inventory and set their goals, the cards represent the fruits of their labour!
